   1/4 a pill a day

   very effective. vascularity is good and i got d*ck veins on my arms, hahahah. i take a 1/4 a day. about 5mg.

   pre workout

   I use this primarily as a vaso dialator for better pumps in the gym. Pharmaqo never disappoint with quality and dosing
